من نحن؟

تأسس التحالف العربى لصحة وطب المراهقين عام 2014 من مجموعة من مقدمى الخدمات الصحية المختلفة من 16 دولة عربية سواء من الأطباء أو التمريص أو الصحة العامة المهتمون بتعزيز صحة ورفاه وتنمية الشريحة العريضة من المراهقين فى بلادهم والمنطقة.

والتحالف منظمة أهلية غير حكومية وغير هادفة للربح وعضو الشبكة العربية للمنظمات الأهلية ومنتسب للأتحاد العالمى لصحة المراهقين

ويسعى التحالف :

الى تحسين الصحة الجسدية والنفسية والإجتماعية للأعداد الكبيرة والمتزايدة من المراهقين العرب من أجل تمكينهم من انطلاق طاقاتهم وابداعاتهم وتمتعهم بالصحة ورغد العيش

أهداف التحالف :

• تسليط الضوء على مرحلة المراهقة وأهميتها للفرد والوطن وضرورة وضع سياسات واستراتيجيات وبرامج داعمة لصحتهم وتنميتهم وتحسين نوعية حياتهم
• ادماج مكونات تخصص طب المراهقين فى مناهج كليات الطب والتمريض فى العالم العربى للطلبة والدراسات العليا
• زيادة قدرات مقدمى الخدمات الصحية فى البلدان العربية من أجل توفير كوادر قادرة على تقديم خدمات متكاملة لصحة المراهقين .
• دعم انشاء منافذ لتقديم الخدمات الصحية الصديقة للشباب التى تناسب احتياجاتهم ومتطلباتهم وبأسلوب يراعى خصائصهم وخصوصيتهم .
• الدراسة الدورية وتحديث البيانات المتعلقة بالتحديات الصحية التى تواجه المراهق العربى للخروج بالتوجهات وبرامج العمل التى تستطيع أن تتعامل مع هذه التحديات .
• رفع الوعى لدى الفئات المتعاملة مع المراهقين مثل أولياء الأمور والمعلمين بخصائص مرحلة المراهقة والتغيرات السلوكية للمراهق وقابليته للتعرض للمخاطر والأمراض وتعريفهم بالأسلوب الأمثل للتعامل معهم.
• التعرف على الموارد البشرية واللوجستية المتاحة والتى من الممكن توظيفها لتحقيق هذه الأهداف وتكوين منصة اقليمية لتجميع هذه الموارد وشبكة عربية للأفراد والمنظمات التى يمكن مساهمتها ايجابيا فى تعزيز صحة المراهقين العرب.

WHO WE ARE

The Arab Coalition for Adolescent Health and Medicine (ACAHM) was established in 2014 by a multidisciplinary group of healthcare providers from 16 Arab countries. Country representatives are physicians, nurses or public health workers engaged in furthering the health, development and welfare of adolescents in their countries and the region.

The Coalition is a non-profit non-governmental organization and is a member of the Arab Network of Non-Governmental Organizations and affiliated with the International Association of Adolescent Health (IAAH).

OUR AIM

ACAHM is committed to enhancing the physical, mental and social health and well-being of the large and increasing numbers of Arab adolescents so as to enable them realize their full potential, become healthy and happy.

 

OBJECTIVES

• Focus attention on the period of adolescence and the need to foster supportive policies, strategies and programs that promote the health, development and welfare of Arab adolescents.  
• Introduction of Adolescent Medicine as a subspecialty in the medical and nursing schools in the Arab countries.
• Professional capacity building for Arab health workers in the provision of holistic medical care to adolescents.
• Support establishing adolescent-friendly health care outlets that respond to the health needs of young people and provide them with quality comprehensive services.
• Study the extent and nature of challenges facing Arab adolescents on regular basis and provide directions and actions capable of addressing these challenges.
• Enhance public awareness and understanding of the critical nature of the period of adolescence and guide caregivers to the appropriate manner in dealing with adolescents.
• Provide a platform to identify and utilize local and regional human and financial resources to help achieve these objectives
